Try it in a minute

1. Open Sovereign Mind and tap Try Demo Mode — no account required.
2. Onboarding walks you through setup. Download an AI model — Ministral 3B is recommended (~2.5 GB, Wi-Fi).
3. Download the knowledge base — the Robot Ross ATF wiki, a sample set of documents the assistant answers from.
4. Choose a persona — try Field Engineer for a hands-on, technical feel.
5. Start asking questions — answers are grounded in the documents and cite their sources. For example:
   • “What steps does a drawing job go through?”
   • “What does the readiness check verify before a job runs?”
   • “How does Robot Ross handle calibration?”
6. Explore: browse the source documents in the Wiki tab, and try switching models in Settings — Apertus is a Swiss-made model.
7. Try the submarine test 🤿 — turn on Airplane Mode and keep chatting. Everything keeps working: the model and your documents run entirely on the device, with zero network.

All inference runs entirely on-device on Apple Silicon. Zero cloud egress during conversations.
